The Longmont Symphony’s opening night performance features two works for organ by Parisian composers, which celebrate culture, music and the incredible survival of the Notre Dame Cathedral’s organ in Paris during the recent fire. Saint-Saëns’ epic symphony for large orchestra with organ closes this sonic triptych.
