That’s the type of special performance the Longmont Performing Arts Initiative will debut at Vance Brand Civic Auditorium on Saturday, January 26, 2109. We are proud to present Longmont’s first ever Collage Concert, a collaboration between our 7 member organizations, the major nonprofit performing arts organizations in Longmont.
In other communities, universities host a Collage Concert as a showcase of the schools’ performing arts programs. Let’s look at how the University of Michigan brought Collage from Europe to America, making it one of their most successful performances over the last 40 years…
Now, the Longmont Performing Arts Initiative brings Collage to Longmont. Our Collage Concert will showcase performances from multiple groups, across many genres, all in one high energy event. Collage Longmont is not to be missed!

WE ARE A COLLABORATIVE GROUP MADE UP OF LONGMONT’S MAJOR NONPROFIT PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS
The Longmont Performing Arts Initiative is a group of nonprofit organizations involved with the advocacy and support of the performing arts. We believe in the need for a strong performing arts presence that provides entertainment and service to the community. By creating, collaborating, and communicating, we intend to bring a unified voice in support of the performing arts in the greater Longmont community.
Our member organizations are, in alphabetical order: Centennial State Ballet, Longmont Chorale, Longmont Concert Band, Longmont Symphony Orchestra, Longmont Theatre Company, Longmont Youth Symphony, and Longs Peak Chorus.
