Join us at ROOSEVELT PARK PAVILION on Sunday, August 7th to say farewell to the seniors of 2021/22 and welcome the 2022/23 Senior Company Members during the 3rd annual Garden Party. This engaging afternoon features live accompaniment by Crystal Swing Band and all original choreography! Lunch 12noon | Performance 1PM
Picnic with us! Food Trucks will offer lunch and non-alcoholic drinks (water, soda, and lemonade) to purchase at this event. Look at your pre-show email for more information regarding the food trucks options on site. Everyone is also welcome to bring their own picnic lunch to enjoy in the garden from 12noon-1PM.
What To Bring: The audience seating area is shaded under the Pavilion and on concrete. Each ticket purchased includes a seating area for one (1) person. Seating will occur on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets DO NOT include a physical seat.
- Picnic Style tickets: Remember to bring a blanket, pillows, and cushions for your comfort (will be located closer to the stage). No chairs or elevated seating will be permitted.
- BYOC (or Bring Your Own Chair) tickets: For this style of ticket, your household will be located further from the stage and you can bring a combination of lawn chairs and picnic blankets/cushions for your comfort.
Arriving at the Event: Parking is available in the Roosevelt Park parking lots (NW, East, and South lots) and surrounding street parking. Check out the MAP for more info. When you arrive at the event, please enter through the south entrance of the Pavilion.
Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lot and Entrance is available at the NW Parking Lot of the City of Longmont Roosevelt Park. Please enter the circle drive off of 8th Avenue in between Pratt and Bross. Take the sidewalk directly to the West side of the Pavilion. A boutique volunteer will greet you there and direct you to your household concrete seating area.
